Admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and the State of New York, he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle District of Georgia as well as all District Courts in New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Wexler received his bachelor’s degree from Touro College in 2003 and graduated from New York Law School in 2009. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Wexler’s practice is dedicated to representing consumers on claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, (“FDCPA”), the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (“EFTA”), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and Landlord / Tenant Law in actions brought as individual claims as well as class actions.
